Sometimes multiple reports of the same type need to be added to a job. For example: Daily Air Test reports for a week long job Client has requested a separate report for each building on the site Client has requested a separate report for each floor of a block of flats All report cards will have the same name which makes it very hard to know which report relates to which part of the job, especially if there are a similar number of items on each report. Being able to rename, or otherwise indicate which report is which, would be a great improvement.

Sometimes we copy an entire level or location by accident. We'd like to swipe-left to delete the copied location.

Deleting multiple items via the dashboard is currently very slow, since items must be deleted individually. I'd like to be able to "bulk delete" items to save time. Use case: After copying a report for re-inspection, purposes I often need to remove multiple items that are no longer relevant for the new inspection.

Suppose I've made a typo or mistake in multiple places. I'd like to be able to "bulk edit" a field in numerous inspection items simultaneously, rather than having to edit them individually.

When a Quick Fill is available on any given form, automatically add an info block to remind the user this is available and prompt its use.

We need to add QR-code / barcode labels when on-site to tag hazardous materials. It would be useful to be able to generate these within Flow.

Add "sanity checks" on the mobile app to remind me to capture vital information on-site or warn me when duplicate data has been entered. The cost for missed or forgotten data is high, especially if another site visit is needed to collect the missing data. As a dashboard user, I'd like to import data from a spreadsheet file with custom field mapping so that I can add historical jobs and reports to Flow.

Ability to integrate Flow with any 3rd party software with a public API
