License Sharing Will No Longer Be Possible From 1st September, 2026
From 1st September 2026, you will no longer be able to log into different mobile devices at the same time using the same email account.
Although this will only affect a small percentage of our users (most don't share licenses), we are notifying all users of this change to avoid business disruption.
We launched our business in 2019, and we have avoided enforcing correct license usage until now. There are many reasons for this. But we have some cutting-edge features planned which require us to enforce proper behaviour.
There are some benefits to you though. The upshot of this for all Flow users is that—by having one mobile license per mobile user—you'll have more accurate auditing, our support team will find it easier to troubleshoot your issues, and when we release improved scheduling, you'll be able to manage your team more effectively.
