This feature is now live!
Copy a report as normal, but when you come to paste into a new job (Using the Copy Here... function) you'll be asked to select which elements you'd like to keep and which to exclude (if any).
This will be a huge time-saver for reinspections and revisits.
We'll be updating our Knowledge Base article with full details soon.

This feature is almost ready, we expect it to be released within the next week or so.
This will make it much easier to copy reports with lots of items, since you'll no longer need to manually delete the parts you don't want afterwards.
Heres a sneak peek at how the cherrypick feature will look:

Would like the option to exclude photos when copying reports to encourage surveyors to take new photos on re-inspections.

Excellent news, this will help massively when undertaking re-inspections by allowing us to pick only the asbestos items and areas of no access

Bumping this feature request as one of our clients has reports with a whopping 3000 inspection items. So it's impractical for them to manually edit the data when copying reports.

Hi Paul, is there any progress with this one?
Andrew Houghton
Debbie Hales: Hi Debbie, the short answer is 'not yet'.
We're concentrating on an improved dashboard at the moment (almost ready!) and will be developing advanced scheduling features as a priority after that. If you'd like a chat about this and any other feature requests let me know and I'll give you a call.

I think the default behaviour should be to NOT include photos when copying reports, but allow users to override this behaviour with a checkbox to "include photos" if necessary.
e.g. The same way that 'Copy Item' works on the mobile app.

Hi Paul, yes for reinspections. I may be incorrect if using the platform in which case I apologise.
If there is or can be a way to copy only positive items it would make life a lot simpler when preparing for a reinspection survey.
Paul King
Scott Sunstrum: Perfect thanks for clarifying, Scott. Yes, this is definitely the correct feature request. I'll make sure I count your vote on this one
