As a dashboard user, I'd like to import data from a spreadsheet file with custom field mapping so that I can add historical jobs and reports to Flow.

This would be useful in conjunction with inspections, as you could be doing this from a hard copy of an old survey. Hopefully it would be possible to OCR the register page from the survey, to gain the data into a spreadsheet, that could then be uploaded?

Hi Debbie, yes that's exactly how it will work. 
The import will allow you to "map" columns on your spreadsheet to columns in your inspection records. 
This will allow you to export and import data from different data structures (for example from an asbestos survey into an asbestos management plan).
